Kualifikasi Program Pengembangan Staf BRI :

• Sarjana S1/S2 dari Universitas Negeri dan Swasta Terkemuka yang Terakreditasi A/B
• Untuk PPS Umum berasal dari lulusan dari Fakultas/ Jurusan : Ekonomi, Hukum, Teknik, Teknologi Pertanian, Psikologi, Pertanian, Peternakan, Kehutanan, Fisipol (Hanya Untuk Jurusan Hubungan Internasional, Ilmu Komunikasi, Administrasi Fiskal, Administrasi Niaga, Administrasi Publik dan Administrasi Negara), MIPA (Hanya untuk jurusan Matematika, Statistika)
• Untuk PPS IT berasal dari lulusan dari Fakultas/Jurusan : Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Informatika
• IPK S1 minimal 3,00
• IPK S2 minimal 3.25 dengan ketentuan IPK S.1 min. 3,00
• Berusia max. 27 tahun (untuk lulusan S1), dan max. 30 tahun (untuk lulusan S2) pada saat seleksi awal.
• Bersedia mengikuti seluruh tahapan seleksi.
• Belum Menikah & Bersedia Tidak Menikah Pada Saat Pendidikan sampai dengan 1 (satu) tahun sejak diangkat sebagai pekerja tetap BRI.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja BRI.

• To provide support and coordinate with areas within the project to meet financial compliance requirements are being achieved, e.g correct vendor set up, coding of transactions, tax involve formats, and reconciliation of petty cash.
• To liaise with Business Unit Finance Departments to ensure the requirements they are meeting the requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to have these requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance with GPA min 3.00
• Fresh graduate (0-1 year experience)
• Independent and mature personality, self motivated, results driven and good interpersonal negotiation skills
• Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Understanding of Indonesian Financial reporting requirements including taxation
• Business acumen
• Numerical aptitude and be the project expert in Microsoft Excel
