5) Review client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
6) Prepare data for the progress claim report to be reviewed by the Engineering Superintendent.
7) Collect data related to subcontractor performance in order to prepare summary reports required for the project.
8) Support and cooperate with site survey team in order to analyze progress surveys and haul profile surveys.
9) Coaching and mentoring of graduate mining engineers, mining engineers and technical assistants in order to provide technical support.
10) Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.

Ideally, you will have a Diploma in Electronics with specific training in maintenance of radio and telecommunication systems. You will also preferably have is years field and workshop repair and maintenance experience in the mining industry, including extensive experience in telephone PABX, mobile radio and powerhouse electronics.

PT. SMART Tbk. ia an integrated palm-based consumer company that have owns and manages plantations, mills and refineries which manufacturated branded and unbranded cooking oil, branded margarine, fats and shortening. SMART's products are divided into three catagories : Retail, Industrial and Bulk.
We have a large oil palm plantations at Sumatera, Kalimantan , Papua, and our refineries located in Surabaya (Kawasan Rungkut Industri) & Medan (Belawan).
Our retail products are designed for household consumption. Whereas Industrial products are aimed at supplying noodle factories, confection factories, bakeries, fast food chains, hotels, hospitals, restaurant, and so forth.
The latter catagory fetches the premium gross margin as customer requirements are tailor-made to specifications.
The branded products cater not only for local but also for international consumption. Finally, bulk products are unbranded and unpacked goods targeted for mass consumption.
Whilst for our upstream operation, we implement an on-going plantation expansion program and concurrently replanting the old or less productive trees. The integrated structure within the company has ensured good quality and steady supply of raw material - CPO for its products requirement at competitive cost.
The company has embarked into an extensive research and development program both at refineries and at plantation areas to optimize the plantation output in order to cope with the growing demand of our products.
Recruitment & Training Officer for Tarjun - Kota Baru (South Borneo)

Requirement :

1. Male, 26 - 30 years old.
2. Bachelor's degre in Psychology, preferable having Psychologist Certification or Master's degree in Psychology.
3. Having 2 - 4 years of experiences handling recruitment & training process in manufacturing.
4. Excellent in basic psychodiagnostic, interviewing skill, training analysis and computer literature.
5. Willing to be posted in Tarjun - Kotabaru (South Borneo).
