General Affairs Staff (GA)
Responsibilities:

* Perform the implementation of department plan in order to support department objective
* Assist superior in providing applicable field for organizational activities.
* Handle service maintenance, driver schedule, expatriate documentation
* Handle office supplies and purchasing office materials
* Handle administrative duties, such as gasoline, toll, parking ticket and building maintenance

Requirements:

* MALE, maximum 27 years old
* Bachelor degree in business administration or management with minimum GPA 3.00
* Min 2 years experiences in similar position
* Good skills and knowledge in IT and relevant software would be preferred.
* Computer literate
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* MUST Fluent in English, both speaking & writing

Menerjemahkan kebutuhan Customer pada Sistem Manajemen Keuangan dan Akuntansi (FI-CO), Manajemen Material (MM), Manajemen Produksi (PP), Manajemen Kualitas (QM), Manajemen SDM (HR), Penjualan & Distribusi (SD), Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SKM),dll.

Melakukan desain dan konfigurasi sistem (SAP atau System Development).

2. Sistem Analis
Membuat Analisis Sistem, Diagram E-R, Screen Lay Out, Object Oriented Model dll.

3. Programmer
Membuat Coding Program berbasis Bahasa ABAP, Power Builder, Java, NET, PHP, C#, dll.

Anda berijazah S1/S2, Politeknik atau mahasiswa semester akhir (Lulus Tahun 2010), Jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Material, Teknik Elektro, Matematika, Akuntansi, Manajemen Rumah Sakit/SKM. Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris, mengerti/menguasai Konsep Enterprise Resources Planning (SAP), menguasai salah satu bahasa pemrograman komputer. Lebih disukai bagi pelamar yang memiliki sertifikat keahlian.

NETWORK LEARNING SPECIALIST (NLS)
Your main responsibilities are to:

* Performing learning needs analysis especially on Network competency to define appropriate development program.
* Designing training curriculum, program, methodology and measurement of training effectiveness.
* Developing training material and acting as Subject Matter Expert.
* Implementing and managing development/training/learning session in any kind of development program.
* Monitoring and evaluating some critical knowledge expertise required and make alternative way to enrich required skill.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree majoring Electro/Telecommunication/Information Technology.
* Minimum 5 years experience in Telecommunication business.
* Having knowledge of 2G/3G system, Microwave, Fiber Optic, SDH, PDH, NGSDH, DWDM, OTN, and Internetworking.
* Experience in training/learning and development field.
* Events planning and management ability.
* Excellent writing and communication skills both in Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities :

* Prepare monthly closure report & annual closure report.
* Analyzing movement of transaction for all accounts.

* Ensure accuracy of capital expenditure reporting.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
* Analyzing and propose accounting procedures.
* Supervise inventory count.

* Liaise with auditors for year end statutory report.
* Provide departmental managers with relevant financial data and assist them in understanding the data.
* Ensure adequate staffing and employee skill development to motivate employee.

Requirements :

* Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business.
* Strong management skills & leadership.

* Familiar with accounting processes and procedures.
* Familiar with taxation.
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
* Able to communicate in oral & written in English.
* Able to perform risk assessment aspect & environmental assessment impact.
* Familiar with management ISO 9001:2000 & 14001:2004 & understand SMK3 (OHSAS 18001:1999)

FINANCE STAFF
Responsibilities :

* AP invoice processing (checking and verification, payment input)
* Process payment to vendors and employees claim
* Coordinate with treasury team and site Kalimantan to ensure payment is accurate and on-time
* Ensure on-time month end closing
* Prepare daily bank reconciliation
* Prepare balance sheet reconciliation (bank and AP related accounts)
* Prepare expat travel leave report
* Prepare and analyze weekly AP reports

Requirements :

* Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
* Minimum 2 years experience as accountant or AP Staff
* Computer literate especially MS Office (Ms Excel)
* Fast learner and hardworking
* Good interpersonal skills (teamwork)
