Provide technical / analytical supports to operation, marketing, technical service and purchasing. Major Functions: 1. Contact customer to get and understand their requirements 2. Make internal quality section work instruction and train Quality Inspector 3. Lead QC to perform SPC control and MSA study 4. Come out resolution for customer’s complaint and rejection 5. Continuous improvement to quality 6. Take part in quality system implementation, maintenance and improvement; 7. Collect process quality data and analysis Qualification and Experience: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Plastics/polymer Technology or equivalant, at least 2 years work experience of process quality control in multi-international company Plastics testing laboratory section 2. Be familiar with dimension measurement and analytical methods, DOE 3. Be good at English. (Speaking, listen, read and write) 4. Be familiar with FMEA, MSA, SPC, TPM, ISO/TS16946 5. Good computer skills of Office 2000
