With continued growth we are seeking additional experience resource that will be located in Sangatta Mine Project, East Kalimantan as a Mechanic Lifting Equipment Senior Supervisor.

Reporting to the Plant Operational Superintendent, you will ensure the maintenance availability of lifting equipment is to be achieved; Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues and prioritizing of lifting equipment repairs; Manage and provide all cranes commissioning schedule as well as the certification through KPC and Indonesia manpower; Ensure that all cranes/lifting equipment certification, inspection are documented and maintained properly; Ensure a follow up and close out the lifting equipment CAR (Corrective Action Report); Review operator’s checklist summary and mechanical inspection sheets; ensure submission to planning department with repair and parts recommendation; Ensure crane inspector supervisor and mechanics raise recommended parts list accurately to address all known work and place the plan for the job execution; Planning and coordination of shutdown work in cooperation with planning department; Ensure all repairs are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner; Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all lifting equipment in the field and associated area, this includes operator abuse; Ensure a safe working environment for all employee by ensure all activities are carry out according to the work procedure in the TMS; Ensure that there is no impact on the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the TMS and Sangatta management plan are followed; Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner; Work through the system of CSW (Core System of Work) on lifting procedures and ensure the field implementation in TCI Sangatta project.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Ex. Thiess Apprentice Mechanic or Senior Technical High Scholl, with minimum of 5 years experience in Mechanic Supervisor. The candidate should experience in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry; planning of mechanical repair; and familiar with mining lifting equipment. Having strong motivation, able to lead, organize and provide direction to employees, supportive, communicative, honest, hard worker, safety & environment skill and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

With continued growth we are seeking additional experience resource that will be located in Balikpapan Support Office, East Kalimantan as a Cost Control Specialist.

Reporting to Senior Supervisor Cost Control, you will assist the Supervisor in analyzing and controlling the site stocks in JDE Inventory; liaise with all sites warehouse inventory / staff with all aspects of the system in order to maintenance the integrity of the inventory system; assist the Supervisor in relation the cost control & budget set-ups and data maintenance; prepare daily, weekly, monthly report in related to cost or budget; assist Supervisor in monitoring of cost & budget allocation; assist in the implementation of the cost & budget allocation are done in a timely manner; actively contribute to a positive team work environment at all times; assist in identifying cost of Inventory on site warehouse and provide technical support to site personnel; ensure the current system is used to accurately track master listed stocks; train employees in the operations of the cost control management system applicable to Warehouse operation, and continual maintenance ; provide cost report as required to accurately predict stable budget / cost of each site inventory

To be successful in this role you will need to have a Bachelor Degree with 3 years experiences in Finance and Accounting, cost analyst/control/ICT/warehousing. The candidate should fluent in English both oral and written/good communication skill; computer literacy; hard worker, active personality, team work, willing to learn and diligent.
