VACANT POSITION
TECHNICAL / OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
Location : West Java
Scope of works:
1. To plan, direct, organise, and oversee all production operation activity of the concrete batch plan in franchise operations to achieve budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Ensure quality meets mix design specifications.
3. Coordinate and oversee all expense related with an operational activity
Requirements:
1. Education : Min graduate with Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
2. Experience :
* Min. 3 years in technical and production experience in concrete industry
* Good knowledge and experience in Batching Plant (ready mix process )
* Understanding of Batch Plant design
* Understand with concrete product and development
* Understand the business process
* Able to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
3. Computer literacy : Computer utilisation for Windows system, software application such as Command Data, Eagle, SAP
4. Language : Good in English both oral & written
5. Other qualification / skills : Able to problem analysis and solution
6. Awareness of OHS at the workplace
7. Good team - work
