Requirements:
* Male/female, maximum 30 years old.
* S1 degree major in Statistic/Psychology/ Management/Industrial Engineering
* from reputable university.
* Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
* Have reasonable competency in Job Analysis, Performance Appraisal/Management, Competency Development, and Organizational Development.
* Good ability in administration and delivery training module.
* Good analytical thinking, independent and well-organized.
* General Requirements :
o Fluency in English both oral and written.
o Computer literacy.
