Responsibilities

- Manage the order fulfillment process such as planning and scheduling, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping/receiving to support customer needs.
- Develop and maintain supply programs such as dock to stock, consignments, etc.
- Develop, track, and report key service performance measurements such as on-time delivery, inventory, cycle time, etc.
- Develop and implement approved process and/or operational improvements.
- Optimize the level of inventory in conjunction with the Sales & Operations Planning
- Coordinate unit activities with other functions.
- Develop company wide customer service policies, programs and procedures.
- Handle special projects, as assigned.



Education/Experience

- Bachelor Degree is required. Masters degree preferred.
- 8+ years experience including 3+ years on a supervisory level.



Skills Requirement
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem resolution skills.
- Detail oriented.
- SAP proficient.
- Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.
- Broad knowledge of all aspects of supply chain such as purchasing planning/scheduling warehousing and logistics.
- Lean manufacturing experience a plus.
