With continued growth we are seeking additional experience resource that will be located in Balikpapan Support Office, East Kalimantan as a Warehouse Admin and Expediter.
Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor, you will responsible for raise order request, expedite delivery of ordered goods, and perform administration job. Besides that, you should perform the following functions for the Group's Operations; source, track and raise workshop purchase requisition in line with TCI Warehouse Procedures; Communicate with Procurement/Logistic in both Jakarta and Balikpapan to confirm delivery of all goods; to monitor and control all outstanding purchase orders for Balikpapan Workshop & Warehouse; Provide expediting reports on a daily basis in regards to all orders and their current status; Manage the work order status for parts ordered to a work order; Follow the regular meeting with workshop; Check and record all materials and goods received; Implement and manage a TMS approved filling system; Manage MSDS record for hazardous material.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Diploma 3 with 1 year experiences in warehouse operational. The candidate should fluent in English both oral and written/good communication skill; computer literacy; hard worker, active personality, team work, willing to learn and diligent.
